Whilst we all complain that politicians lie the courts should not become a political football as they have in the US. Their legal system is now a joke because complainers now cherry pick the judge that favours their party political view. I don't think we want that here. The plaintiff is now complaining he is massively in debt due to legal costs. Well perhaps if he had spent more of the money he crowdfunded on the case rather than himself!

It depends what you mean by influential.He certainly influenced the Tories into calling the referendum which could lead to the break up of that party (let's hope) but his agenda to create the basis of a party similar to the Republicans in the US will end in failure. Sorry, that's absolute hogwash. The demographic shift to a higher number of minority voters in Peterborough is definitely a strong factor in Labour votes. Hrolf is talking the truth. And when you refer to Labour caring about 'working people' you are truly talking about a 're-creation of the past'. Labour, as a party, haven't cared for the working class since Smith died. Labour were voted in in 1997 and EU immigration in particular rocketed from 2004, not in Elizabeth I’s reign.
