If ever you find the opinions of certain left wing posters makes you more nauseated than the shelling of children and other civilians then it really is time to sit down, have a nice cup of tea and try to remember exactly where and when it was you lost your decency and sanity.
Hamas and PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine) have a chequered history of terrorism throughout the world, ie suicide bombings, hijacking airplanes, kidnapping etc. They do not listen to reason and it is they that continually stoke the flames of this situation by firing their rockets and breaking any truce. You cannot blame Israel for not wanting to lift the blockade which would mean Hamas getting their hands on bigger more accurate weapons. The land the Palestinians are fighting over is basically a pile of rubble. They are staying there just to make a point. I have sympathy for the Israelis because of the treatment of Jews by the Nazis throughout the 30's and WWII and their plucky nature to face down the aggression of the Arab states that surround them, they are the underdogs.
