So, not a great saturday. Liverpool -1 was a good bet as was scunthorpe. Not sure why I thought Port Vale were good - they were soundly beaten. Daggers lost at home to Torquay. Roll on boxing day

Used Betfair to lay Leeds so no real loss. Still unfortunate that they didn't make an effort. At least some Yorkies lost some money. From yesterday I expected the Prem favourites to win yesterday and they all did. Will Hill's recommended £5 on ManU, ManC & Liv to win and BTTS was a £250 winner for anyone who took it up. Derby won. Didn't want to back them and pick the game they finally don't win. Not surprised Mboro won at Millwall. Was coming. No surprise with Blackburn winning at Yeovil. Another tempter. Orient struggling & losing at home to Crawley I wasn't surprised by. Swindon v Coventry BTTS another. scunthorpe was the one that I wondered whether I should do instead of Leeds. There you go. Luton beat Gateshead at home 4-2 as well. And Barnet won 0-1 at Hyde. Having said all that there were some real p1ssers for acca's. At least it's good to know you can spot when a favourite is likely to mess up. (Orient)

Coral have an offer on tonight: Arsenal v Chelsea BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE - 5/2 The promitional odds are only available to new customers, so you'd have to register an account tonight (if you already have a Coral account you can always create a new one in a family members' name). You can stake up to £20, but I honestly can't see this not coming in. Fantastic price. Link to terms and conditions: [Link] Edited by EverybodyDannsNow (23 Dec 2013 4.20pm)

Is this worth doing if your regular bets are £50 or over and not worth doing if they are much less than £50? i.e - You'll be betting £50 or more on Thursday or the weekend?

You could do £50 with Bet365 on BTTS yes & £50 on BTTS no with another bookie. £20 overall loss if both teams score with another £50 bet to use. £12 profit with another £50 bet to use if both teams don't score. Similar result with backing under 2.5 goals and over 2.5 goals at £50 each with 2 different bookies. Edited by Rudi Hedman (23 Dec 2013 4.48pm)

If you put £20 on BTTS YES at 5/2 with Coral. £50 on BTTS NO at 5/4 with 365 Then use your £50 in play on BTTS YES at 4/7 with 365(as soon as the match starts). So spending £120 in total; Edited by EverybodyDannsNow (23 Dec 2013 4.52pm)

Had a sneaky peak at the boxing day coupon - Brentford just look unstoppable at the moment - will surely put Swindon to the sword. Peterborough look good for a win at Coventry. Coventry have won 1 of the last 6 and their last 3 homes were 1-5, 0-3 and a 2-2 with Crewe. Posh are bound to take a huge following to Sixfields. Burton will surely be too good for woeful Northampton
