I hope this one comes off for us. I think we have done a fair bit behind the scenes since our South Africa tour to let Slimani know Palace would be a great club for him. Think he had a €38 mill euro clause with Lisbon. The Bolasie money would make this deal possible - fingers crossed!

he's unproven in this league though, i would rather we spend the money and get Bony

Surely it's seems as it's benteke or bust. Although lacks prem exeprience. Slimani would be another good option.
