Ultimately.

We must remember that each wave of migrants, and they will be continuous with world population increase and displacement, will have several children each. Most likely more than the average. Even if that trend slows for one wave of migrants, there will be another right behind them. The population will sharply increase year on year and an ever increasing proportion of them will be migrants.
Aside from considerations about housing and services, we must also consider the impact that it will have on our democratic system. We risk our elections being dominated by identity politics and minority issues.
