I think we should all remember she was a mother/wife /daughter first....but as for the cdeath threats....its appalling, but my son gets them all the time ,along with throat slitting actions,and threats to rape and kill his whole family.

Locking people up for thoughts rather than actions is very Germany 1930's and Soviet Union 1930's to 1970's. Not all people who have murderous thoughts are mad.
