I think you'll find that the jury in the Giggs case failed to reach a verdict therefore a number of jury members don't share your opinion of guilt. I think we have to remember that with these high profile cases the public see them through the lens of the journalists, evidence that contradicts the accusations may not been given as much space as the lurid accusations themselves.
