With Jimmy Mac, injured and CG back at Chelsea, we need at the very least a quality mid fielder, defender and striker and with under five weeks to go to our first PL home game not forgetting the FE and Oz pre-season games starting next weekend we are not left with a lot of pre-season for newer team members to get their feet under the table.

I don’t know if there are exceptions for footballers it some mechanism which allows them to come pending a visa. One can but hope!

He would need a work permit issued before applying for a visa. As a Malian he would need a visa even to visit, he would not be issued a visit visa if his true intention is to work.
