Roy losing the plot. Basically digging out the fans in his post match interview, saying our expectation levels are too high and we've been "spoilt in recent times". Said that we shouldn't be expecting to beat Bournemouth who are a great team.

Ultimately the one thing you could count on from Roy is defensive organisation and even that looks shot to pieces at the moment. I don't believe that a different manager with a different ideas wouldn't get more out of this team.

Didn't he say some weeks ago that we should be aiming for a top-10 finish? Which 10 weaker teams than Bournemouth should be behind us?

Things find their own level and so it is with an incredibly negative and one dimensional manager in charge of a set of barely PL level players. We have half a team and the dullest manager around, so it's not particularly surprising. Parish has cut corners for a number of seasons and got lucky - luck is running out.
What did it for me was the £40m plus spend on players not essential to the here and now, there are obviously glaring weaknesses in the first 11 that needed fixing first.

Just back, well that’s up with my top 10 of worst ever seen by Palace since 1968. No quality or fight and a team we have lost to recently (Luton) would have beaten Bournemouth tonight. Hodgson should have gone after the defeat to Luton and now the difficult part is do you replace him with Liverpool and Man City coming up. Whatever the timing is, he has to go

I've been waiting for the usual post about how we're all bed wetters and should get behind the team. Haven't seen it yet.

Roy's interview took me back to his response to England's defeat by Iceland. He took no responsibilty then. Same as now.

Words can’t describe how bad that was. I’v a 4 month old child and I won’t be wasting any more of his time or mine with that garbage. Absolutely shocking.

Admittedly it was a lacklustre showing, but I think posters have over-reacted.

If Lerma's shot had gone in instead of coming off the post, it could have changed the dynamic, and we would doubtless have gone on to win.

Fine margins as they say.

Instead of rubbishing the managers and the players, let's show some support. Isn't that what a true 'supporter' does?

And if my Aunty had bollocks she’d be my uncle

Second Woy comes out saying this

“If they seriously believe we aren't trying hard enough then I don't think they're analysing the game the way they should”

How should it be analysed?

The only time our players ran tonight was chasing their first touch,

More "if" talk. It didn't, we lost. There's clearly a pattern emerging.

The interview was worse than the performance. Utterly delusional and sounded like someone who's lost the plot.

Lerma’s shot from that angle was never going in. Should have passed across to Schlupp. But, yea if it had gone in it could have changed the game. It didn’t, and other than that we were shocking. Not a fine margin at all. Presently we are the worst team in the premiership but luckily we have a few more points than those below us. We won’t be getting many more though unless the team gets some fight and quality back. I doubt Hodgson will be able to do that?

To come out after the game and say Palace fans have been spoilt is just insulting Roy. Do us all a favour and resign and enjoy retirement
