No pre season

Certainly not going to be match fit.

Looks like the Bolasie deal is more advanced than the Benteke one. What's the chance of selling Bolasie and Benteke deal falling through? Would be typical of us!

I would of thought that cpfc won't sign off on bolasie deal until benteke at least agreed a fee and medical is complete.

Wickham and Benteke are both tall strong goal scoring target men, who can get on the end of crosses. They are similar players, and with both of them we have this position covered....but seems a lot of dosh to cover a position, and arguably we need a 'fox in the box' Berahino type of player more. I would hate for Wickham to default to a 'supersub' type of role. Not sure how they would play together tho...
