Its notable that both Japan and Canada have surprisingly lack gun rules and not the same problems as the US. It's a nation that gets its way through might and that filters through to the mindset of the populous.

And conkers. Nah, the conspiracy stuff doesn't seem quite right. He seemed to be pretty well off and was a bit of a big gambler apparantly. Maybe he had some major losses or maybe he was just a fvckwit who did it because he could. Also, it's not as though the US is not prone to mass shootings anyway.
