Relying on a wonder goal as one of the BT guys said at half time. On the bright side 14 players out of contract opinion the summer as does the Managers. Stay up by the skin of our teeth and allows for a major rebuild. Lampard is also now available but record in the transfer market not great tho that could be Abramovich. Finally the team are authors of own destruction, so many dodgy balls out of defence....

We should be dead and buried, no credit to R&R. I remember being at the ground 0-3 to Liverpool that team had a bit of luck and spirit all what this lot lack.

Really don’t see the hype with Mitchell. Weak in the tackle, positionally poor and offers no attacking threat. Not a touch on AWB who was a superb defender. Even for all PVA’s flaws, at least he offers something going forward. If Arsenal make any offer we should snap their hand off.

What's really obvious with us playing mid-table and lower teams and is quite evident here against West Ham is that teams have no fear of us. Absolutely none. They have us so figured out they can play their own game. They know we're not going to show them anything different or new.
Success will lie to you but failure always tells you the truth. |
