@Cant be arsed to look up the facts. Hennessey, as most fans know, is costing us week in week out...If hes behind the defence, they are s*** scared hes gonna gift the opposition a goal, so he therefore becomes the problem, or at least a major part of the problem. Just wait til we have a decent keeper and see the whole team ethic change

Hennessey and the defence.

I'll be brutally honest - I would be as nervous as a kitten if Speroni was in goal. I accept he has deserved all the plaudits for his past performances but I'm afraid his best days are behind him.

Maybe if we had signed Adrian or Begovic in the 'Window' supporters might feel somewhat easier. At the start of the season I had Randolph on my list as a possible recruit but I think he has forced his way back into W.Ham's team.

Now you know how the rest of us feel when "Mark" is named as referee !

Just look at the rank bad defending and the space Januzaj had down the left.Maybe if we had a 4 at the back the right full back might have been in closer attendance ?

Quite. The first goal, was largely his failure to punch. Second goal, damo played a s**t ball to Ledley who's control was even worse than the ball played to him.

Second and third, the defence were to blame. Failure to pick up the runner on the break, and the failure to close out Defoe. Tompkins for the fourth gets tight to Defoe, and gets turned far to easily.

Henessey made a few good saves, but its clear that the back four have no confidence in each other or their keeper.

Whilst our midfield needs some strength, to support Cabaye, our defence was totally to blame for three of the four goals, not Hennesey (although he could have been better positioned for the long shot, realistically no keeper was saving that).

THE ROTT HAS SET IN.
Hennessey is shipping in goals and has had a chance. We philologically need Speroni in goal who I believe can organize, shout have presence and change something that is not working. Worst that can happen is he is as bad as Hennessey.

Do the same thing expect the same results!

We need to study historical language with Speroni in goal? I am not sure I see the connection.

Speroni has not looked good for a while, which is why I suspect that none of the managers have so far chosen him over Hennessey. I would try Mandanda as soon as he is fit enough.

I'm glad you knew what it meant as I was struggling there. I wonder what the word was that caused predictive text to choose that?

That was the worst of the lot. Embarrassing to be turned like that by a 34 year old.

Lamine Kone reacted quickest to Wayne Hennessey's spill to steer in Sunderland's opener after 10 minutes

And that was just the start.

hen he has to go down and dive for a ball he actually just falls to the ground where he is standing - he doesn't leap sideways - it is pathetic really.
Of course he has made some good saves this season - that is what he is paid for.
It is his errors which are so costly - too many too often.
He has to be dropped and Jules has to come in for the next game

Needs to be dropped NOW!
