I don't think its racist,"foreign looking" doesn't equate to people of a different race...she could be talking about Poles or Romanians,as some of our friends on here often do and then say they are not racist because they are discriminating on grounds of ethnicity rather than race. She is also clearly not saying that people against freedom of movement are of this view,not people of a particular race... Sop,she may be over generalising,she may be right (or wrong) but she wasn't being racist..
