Is FdB a good manager? Maybe he but not with this lot we have. Maybe we'll never know because he isn't being given money to spend.

You don't need money to be a good coach, this is an improved squad from last year and we look crap. Money will only buy more rubbish.

I agree with your sentiment but, for example, would you expect Pepe or Klopp to keep a side up who were almost relegated without spending money after they got promoted?

We are not that much improved. For example today we have 1 new player from last season.

You can be a good coach but you can't polish a turd!
