Very entertaining viewing for a Saturday night though. One of the best matches of the tournament so far!

Wish I’d had a few quid on Germany winning the tournament with 5 minutes to go.

The commentator said they looked like a united side. I wondered if he meant like Manchester United, i.e. twelve men.

WTF were Sweden playing at? Down to 10, the Germans shouldn’t have had another sniff. But no; fecking Sweden give them the freedom of the park, and then oblige with a nice handy free kick on the edge of the box. Are Sweden the new England, perhaps? Poor free kick to give away. Should of ran him to the line. They might as well of just put the keeper at 10 yards flapping like a loon and place 5 players on the goal line. Now that would of been great to see, might of even worked.

England looking really good. The game against Belgium could be a cracker.

Panama were all over England. A pity as they would have done better kicking the ball around......... Good to see the refs have caught up with it.

They looked better than they starting to play a bit of football but we had eased off by then. Probably want to avoid Colombia if we can tbh - dangerouside side who are very skillful and quick.

There is hope for us yet. Egypt goal-keeper 45 years old just pulled off amazing penalty save.
