On the brightside, many of the players are out of contract as well as the manager in the summer. We keep players far too long, past their peak. One of the big problem areas now is CG, I dont think we have played the same pair more than 2 games in a row. How can they work up an understanding of where the other is, this has resulted in many conceeded goals.

As an aside 9 subs as opposed to 5 would make the gap between the bigger clubs and the likes of us far far greater, so on that point I agree with Roy.
