Great to have him back. I think a lot of us, at the beginning of the season, thought that he was just a "hired gun" i.e another foreign mercenary here to pick up a few bob after being ditched by Arsenal. How wrong we were. I watched him after the final whistle on Saturday when he did a little jig and had a huge smile on his face. He has really bought into the Palace ethic and is obviously enjoying himself, and in the process, becoming a firm favourite with the fans.

He has been absolutely class this year. Only problem is that he has played almost too well as he's on a one year contract and other clubs might try and snap him up(I presume it hasn't been renewed yet). Let's hope we can keep hold of him next season if/when we stay up (delete as appropriate)
