The problem is, we just keep on winning and playing well. The ideal scenario for the Mirror and those interested in keeping the story alive is that we survive by 2 or 3 points and then they can keep going on about it. By making it comfortable and being safe with three games to do, it's not really a story anymore. 'Midtable club has good scouting' isn't quite as sexy as 'Nasty Palace cheat their way to survival' is it?
Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time. |
