The man prevented from boarding a train by Chelsea fans says he has been unable to work since, is on medication, unable to travel on public transport and is 'destroyed' - oh and his children are 'traumatised'. Claim for loads of compensation in the offing?
That's right blame the victim. He is subject to racist bullying and you decide you know how he should feel afterwards.
It's the age we live in though.
Who's to say that he isn't milking this for all it's worth?
I'm sure a load of Blame/Claim lawyers wet their pants watching that video at the thought of their cut of any likely compo payout.
Your right he might be.
I Just think it odd to come on and blame the victim not the racists. If someone runs into the back of your car and injures you; you might want to play it for all its worth - but you were still injured because someone went into the back of your car
Now you're talking..... "Crash for Cash" scams!

No I am not. With C4C the accident is manufactured. Its the difference between diving and not staying on your feet

Laughable.
I've suffered too. Still unable as an English man/ football fan to go abroad without being viewed as scum.
We should all get a few quid from Abramovic.

Do you know the family? Have you witnessed what they may/may not have experienced since a video went viral? How would you react? Why not make a thread concerning the pr-cks who caused the problem yet STILL denied it in court despite the evidence?
Time to move forward together.

Some yobs stopping a guy getting on a train. Hardly a lynching is it. If something like that can 'destroy' his life, then he needs to get one in the first place.

You can bet your eye teeth this clown is angling for a big compo payment. Most of us dust ourselves down and get on with it, but this joker is either an extremely sensitive prick, or he's pulling the wool. I know which one I'd bet on. Don't get me wrong, no one should suffer racist abuse, but to have to be on medication and not to be able to travel on public transport is a total joke.

If this an attempt at humour it fails. If it is anything else, it also fails.
