XFM was great 5 or 6 years ago, wasn't it bought and ruined by the Capital FM group? The only show worth listening to now is the Jon Robins and Elis James one on Saturday mornings.

Avid Xfm listener and was shocked when they advertised Moyles,Kay and Vaughn. Kay has been ok,Vaughn funny,music good,adverts a few too many BUT Moyles! Rambled on for 30 mins on his 1st morning and played 3 yes 3 songs one of which was Girls Aloud(I think it was meant as a joke). Re-tune now to another station while he's on but will continue give the others a listen! Global turning every radio station MOR.Ollie's Dad,Ash.

My heart also skipped a beat when I saw this thread title!! To be honest the only breakfast show that actually makes me laugh is Christian and Ritchie on Absolute.... Chris Moyles is one of these northern blokes that thinks just because he's northern he's automatically funny!! I actually found a radio station the other day on the DAB called Gaydio??..... I didn't listen to it for long to be honest... Lots of hardcore techno playing!!
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

Probably needs the work to recoup some money after the £1 million losses his used car dealership suffered Best ever breakfast show ever was on XFM,that was Tom Binns back in the 90's,never has a radio show made me laugh as much as Tom,Hellsbells and Webbo did.
