I go to the site, log on, and find the Palace/Stoke match in the "buy tickets" list. It only shows "More Info" and when I click on that, it greys out. Can anyone tell me how to make this work please?

it works for me,I've just checked once you log in it should say buy tickets at the top
Scroll down to the Stoke game and all 3 opitons should be in red and the stadium availability should come up.


Failing that ring up the box office tomorrow.

Thanks for this. But I log in and it shows "Tickets" in a menu bar - not "buy tickets". I click on that and it takes me to the list with only the "more info" tab available. There is also has a tab for My Basket. I go there and it gives me a tab for "continue shopping". I click on that and it takes me to the list with only the "more info" tab showing. I have tried these in both Firefox and Internet Explorer, with the same results. What am I doing wrong, anyone?

I'm having exactly the same problem, only the 'more info' tab is available. IE and Firefox. It can't be rocket science to make this stuff work. Will try again later but failing that a phone call tomorrow. Not happy.

Tickets now on general sale and there are plenty to choose from.

Am I right that I need to be a member too to buy FA cup tickets?

If I do the silver membership, will this allow me to buy two tickets or is the game already sold out? I don't get my head round with the online ticketing shop.

Otherwise, if anyone is looking for a buyer I am happy to buy two tickets (face value). I live in the Crystal Palace triangle. PM me.
