 In a sign of the times, it's now a private hospital. One of the last ever games there before it closed -- which I saw -- was Oxford Reserves vs. Palace Reserves. Must have been around 2003 or so. Great little place.

 I liked this little ground. Remember one boxing day fixture there, p1ssing down with rain and freezing. We won 3-1. Dean Windass scored a blinding free kick to level the scores at 1-1. I think it was the season we missed out in the play offs to Leicester or the season after so either the 95/96 or 96/97.

 And if you went there in the 1960s you were treated to the spectacle of big Ron Atkinson plying his trade. Now, whatever happened to him?
