Looking likely to go to Watford. But 13mil is nothing for someone of his class. We need to look into this good player at a good price. No reason we can't offer a bit more and steal him from a rival club.

Other clubs seem to get decent signings at decent prices all of the time - they seem to do their homework, we seem to knee jerk need someone as we have sold everyone else.
