The thing about "thugs" is it's a term you use for a bloke when he plays at another club. When he joins your club you start referring to him as a "warrior". It's just a perspective thing. Although I did witness the Wimbledon fans boo Vinnie Jones onto the pitch once.

But ffs put him in a Palace shirt in the 90s and I would have personaly licked his boots clean.

All joking aside, and whether these players are usually highly rated, I thought the trio of Rooney - Fellaini - Rashford looked very good indeed in the FA Cup Final and the rest of their team looked comparatively ordinary. Between the three of them I thought they worked our defence hard and forced our midfield to support the back four, pinning us in at times.
