Yes, I can appreciate the excitement it would cause.

Read this week's Woman's Own over a nice mug of Horlicks. That'll help.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

I would dearly like to meet up with fellow HOL members with whom I engage in full and frank discussion but I suspect there would be those who would afford me a reception as dank as a set of quayside steps as to them I would be as welcome as a flatulent dog in a lift.

You'd only turn it into a "Willo meet-up"

I'm just playing the game by the way, love from - a fan.

The Horlicks helped me get off to sleep ok, but all I dreamt about was being beaten on the bottom with the woman's Weekly (a la Victoria Wood)

The character of Uncle Monty in Withnail & I is based on Cucking, which will give you a guide as to what to expect.

I've only ever seen Cucking in the dark and he was wearing a gimp mask and rubber tunic so it's hard to describe him - apart from him being a strict disciplinarian!

He makes a lovely frothy coffee too.

I always thought of Keith Moon's character in 'TOMMY' more of being our dear 'Cuckers'

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

A fair point, well made, and with some foundation.

Errr I think the thread has gone off course slightly, from having a Christmas meeting to boy butter, gimp masks and being beaten on the backside with a woman's own FFS
