His heart is in the right place but some of his decision-making is baffling on ticketing, and lack of progress on ground improvements, scouting and academy fronts maybe tells us he could be doing a much better job if he had the right people in place in order to help him to achieve this. Don't think he is burned out but more running out of ideas and luck.

Been on Football Focus for about 5 mins near the dugout talking to jonathan pearce. Looked fresh and positive. Newer slicker hairstyle. Seriously, I expect there's going to be a different more serious and focused mindset around the playing squad now.
