I thought he looked decent and had the agility and speed that Wayne lacks.

In which one of his ten games.?
Blackpool League Cup debut.?

Just overall. I saw him in most of the games he played. He gets down quickly and manages to get his whole body behind the shot. He's also physically stronger.

Burnley away, he was a disaster. He doesn't look fit enough to be a prem goalie. His attitude if nothing else should be enough to never even consider him. Hopefully we can recoup the wages that we spend on him.

I know us brits love to delude ourselves senseless over the immense quality of the premier league but I hardly think a goalie would have to up his fitness if he was fit enough in the French league. He has been a class goalkeeper in his career there's no doubt about that and if we can give the diving tree that is Hennessey years as number one I see no reason he didn't deserve more than 10 games to prove himself. If however it is a case of attitude then there's no point keeping someone who doesn't wanna be here I agree. I do, perhaps stupidly, hope the prospect of a new manager might mean a tiny chance of his Palace spell being revived but I highly doubt it. Just a shame we didn't go out and get Begovic!

He's been a class goalkeeper in his career. Imagine how he felt when he came over here to meet his new goalkeeping coach, and was greeted by a grinning Andy Woodman wiping pork pie jelly off his chin.

I have heard some lame excuses, but that takes the biscuit. He just isn't very good,as proved when a new goalkeeping coach came in and Allardyce and Lee didn't even put him on the bench.

It will be interesting to see how good he is, after sitting on his back side for two Seasons.

Get rid.

He looked good to me, but once a player is uninterested, it's better for all parties that they go, ESPECIALLY if that player is the first choice goalkeeper

You can't say he is average. He pulled off some amazing saves and got MotM a couple of times. I think someone also worked out the average points we achieved with him in goal over WH and he was far superior.

It's a shame, as I had huge hopes for him. But when it got to a relegation battle, it seemed his head wasn't in it.

Even if you are missing home, you still want to play.

Voted by Burnley fans probably... I was behind that goal and can't recall WH making a cock up as big as that
