Why are people bothered if Palace are mentioned/forgotten on that terribly unprofessional excuse for a radio station? I listened to it once about 2 years ago for an hour and then never again. I'm happy they don't talk about Palace, better not o be associated or part of that rubbish. What's the fascination with being 'mentioned' anyway? It doesn't make a hoot of a difference to the way the team performs.

Durham always looks to disrespect Palace. Hates us because we relegaged them when we got to play-offs in a mugging 3-2 win against them, then we nicked Gayle.

He is an ill informed loud mouth who thinks he knows so much about football but contradicts and is just there to be argumentative. Talksport more like talksh*te.

He was arguing about Zaha diving whay a surprise. Yet made no reference to the numerous times Zaha was in the box and stood strong. Perhaps if he had played the game at a profesional level instead of eating pies at a professional level he would more informed. Boycott talksh*te. I have and it is so refreshing.

Not sure it’s any of the above reasons. We’re not liked by the press and never have been. People used to say there are lots of West Ham and Millwall connections at fleet street, who knows.

Remember the ‘Andy PENdy’ headlines which put a stop to AJ winning any more penalties? If the press can find a way to hurt us they will.

The Sun calling Puncheon’s injury ‘Karma’ just sums up the c*nts up.

Having said all that. I don’t listen to talkSPORT but this Durham is clearly a professional troll and might not be so bad if our fans didn’t bite.

Is the correct answer. How West Ham continue to be the darlings of the press despite their continued scummy behaviour.

I was listening at the time and Durham went into one about SP tweeting Jack Wilshere dived in the Arsenal v Chelsea game.

It went something like this: "The FA should charge Parish. Here we have the Chairman of a PL club, like we care, calling out a player for diving.

"On his watch he splashed £2m up the wall on F de B and sacked him after 4 PL games.

"Try to get your job right Parish. An incredible lack of well-awareness there."

So was it a lack of self-awareness to recognise the error pretty much at once, pull the plug when it was probably a pretty hard thing to do, then appoint a genius instead? T""".

In our promotion year, Durham began a campaign of “no more penalties for Palace” as he couldn’t comprehend why Bolasie and Zaha kept getting fouled.

We didn’t get another penalty after he began that campaign. Until the final game of the season when we got one against Peterborough, which duly relegated his team.

Karma!!

He is a prize bellend in my opinion.
I have stopped listening to the Show because of him.
I like Brazil for breakfast and Hawksby and Jacobs at lunchtime but Durham, Mike Parry, Bob Mills and a few others do my head in!

Going by this thread he's doing his job. Getting people incandescent with rage, just like those falling for 'The Daily Arsenal' stuff to get apoplectic black cabbies ringing in.

Danny Murphy knows what he's talking about and so does Jason Cundy whilst his co-presenter Andy Goldstein plays the wind up merchant.

It's a game they're winning and a station that's 70% adverts.

No he's not as it's 17 years since I listened to Talksport and no matter what any of the presenters say about Palace I still won't listen

I've no idea whether West Ham have Fleet Street connections, but ever since I was a teenager (and that's a mighty long time ago) the press have lazily adopted the same old hackneyed lines about them: their fans are "knowledgable" and "love their football as much as their jellied eels"; there's a "West Ham way of playing" (I don't remember big Sam having much time for that idea!); they're "warm-hearted East Enders"; the club has one of the great academies; and loads more stupid and sentimental piffle.

Right, got that off my chest.

I feel the same way. Frustrates the hell out of me.

I see you have listened and marvelled at this skill too. Apart from Hawksbee & Jacobs the out put isn't great unless Danny Kelly is in

I assume we're talking about TalkSh!te.

Usually they treat us as if we don't exist at all. They will discuss each of the weekend prem matches in turn and miss ours out. They will review each of the clubs in a given group and miss us out. They can even talk for some minutes about a match we played in and not mention Palace.

It's so obvious it's embarrassing.

H & J is a load of waffle, mumbling and stumbling over bizarre things in the world of sport. Waste of time.
