There was a horse a few years back called Selhurstparkflyer I think the owner was a West Ham fan though **Said In a Willo voice !!**

Used to run the horse at the Derby meeting I won on it 2/3 times. One more point

Actually he was a palace fan and was a minor director on the board. I can't remember his name but I know this as my boss was a mate of his. Used to run the horse at the Derby meeting I won on it 2/3 times.

Selhurstparkflyer won at Epsom (quids in - and it was on telly) and England v Switzerland also on telly; the opening match of the European Championships (not so good; 1-1 draw). Oh and it was Mrs YT’s 30th birthday!! Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)
