The idea of trying a night watching the ballet doesn’t scare me because I think I could admire the skill and technique but I do wonder if I’d lose focus after the usual 45 minutes I can do and find I’m thinki about something else and not really watching.

Honestly don't think I have ever been so bored in my entire life. I'm sure most Brightons love watching boys running round in tights but I fail to see any appeal. Makes me realise two things, one how much I miss football and two, never marry someone from the class above you. Surely you enjoyed the music score even if the dancing wasn't your thing? Probably one of the best known pieces of ballet music, Tchaikovsky at his finest

Ballet has never interested me however I admire their physicality and stamina. I wish some of our footballers had the same attitude. Ballet dancers nearly always perform with some sort of injury it goes with the territory. They also train very hard and are certainly not "wimps".
