You could clearly see the referee telling him next time he was off. A few moments later he took out a player and got sent off. Some Palace fans applauded him off, where I sat in the main stand we booed him. To this day I am convinced it was deliberate on his part.

Craig Harrison... Just shocking on every level. I had a nice chat with Craig a few years back. He was managing Welsh champions TNS who play in Oswestry where we lived. He spoke fondly of Palace, and we talked about the League Cup semi (first leg) against Liverpool that we won 2-1 with him playing at left - back. He was doing well with TNS at the time...I saw them play a Champions League qualifying game in July on year. To this day it remains the only time I have trodden in a cow pat in the official match day car park of a professional football club.

In 45 years of watching Palace I honestly cannot think of a worse defender than Craig Harrison. Simply horrific.
