It does seem bizarre that he's now not even been in the squad 2 weeks running. There must be more to it surely. Anyways COYP put last weeks heartbreak behind us and put in a good home performance.

The Board set the objectives. The manager just tries to do his best to meet them with the resources at his disposal.

But this isn't an isolated instance. It wasn't that long ago that our January transfers comprised Jach, Rakip and Sorloth with the first two not getting a look in at all and then we signed Meyer who didn't play for ages and then was picked to play out of position. If I'm not mistaken the only player bought in the last two years to make Roy's team week in, week out is the keeper as even Batshuayi wasn't always a starter
