I'd be bringing in Jairo for McArthur and perhaps Townsend for Schlupp. No other changes...but make subs early.

If we lost against Spurs then the Two days gap would've been damaging, but we had a good result and performance so that will actually give us the advantage of being fresh in memory, I feel players are fit and able and the only problem with playing games so soon is niggles needing time to recover but we should have enough for a draw again so I agree 2-2, west Ham are confident.

I just don't agree, Footballers need 72 hours rest we will have had about 75, West Ham will have absolutely no advantage at all and if anything we will have the advantage because our players will want to prove themselves after dropping those silly points against Burnley and Newcastle.
