Excellent news if true although I haven't seen him play, he seems highly rated. I've said this before with our budget it's pointless trying to sign really top players that the big clubs are after. My brother-in-laws a mad Reading fan and absolutely raves about him. Quality on the ball, creativity and still so young. Has said since Reading missed out on promotion we should be all over him. Apparently the £8m clause only just kicked in as he’s in his last year contractually. Prior to that the clause only applied to top 6 clubs. Come on Dougie get it done!
