He needs to be a system where he is the lone centre forward, supported by wingers. This was system when he scored all those goals.

He is a decent squad player. He wins plenty of free kicks that relieve the pressure on our defence and gets us up the pitch. There are other areas of the team me need to worry about with more urgency than Ayew.

He may work hard, but he's usually invisible. Like after the match is over, I forgot that he was even playing. It could be because Hodgson neutralized him. I'd have to see him play under a new manager before I knew if the problem was him or Hodgson. That being said, I think we could do better than him. He helped us last season, but this season, accomplished pretty much nothing. No impact on any match that I can remember.

He's a bit of an enigma. His first season with us was a bit underwhelming although you could see there was a decent player in him. His second season realised the promise shown the previous year - top scorer and a skilful hard working player. But, the season just finished, he reverted to the player he was in his first season. He worked hard but in the end it didn't add up to much, and just a single goal (?). However, I would keep him as I still think he has something to offer. There are others who I would show the door to before Jordan.

He is our best finisher and certainly was last year. Can't believe people want him gone. Just depends on style of play and who we bring in as manager.
