No 13.5mill Would buy you an unproven backup striker these days. Despite his faults (which there are many) he would at the very least be a good backup if we had another option. He can do a job.

Sorry, I didn’t answer your question. If Benteke can carry on the way he finished last season then the chances of us still being in the division come next May will be greatly increased. For that reason I wouldn’t sell him for any price.

If Zaha could learn to swing in some high balls and we get our full backs higher up the pitch swinging in high crosses then Benteke will score plenty of goals and 25 mil wouldn't buy him.
