Me and my son haven't received our 'new' ticket for the Spurs match. Had to stay home and watch it. What a shame after we won 3-0. I have emailed box-office but no reply as yet.

Update club hope to be able to sort out all season ticket problems prior to the Brighton game. With a proviso that if they cannot they will email an e-ticket to supporters which can either be printed or downloaded to mobile phone. According to the club a significant number of supporters cannot download their season ticket.

Update club hope to be able to sort out all season ticket problems prior to the Brighton game. With a proviso that if they cannot they will email an e-ticket to supporters which can either be printed or downloaded to mobile phone. According to the club a significant number of supporters cannot download their season ticket.

I have this afternoon received a reply apologising for the way things have been handled and leaving everything until the last minute. They have also said they will be sending me a plastic season ticket similar to what we used before.

I emailed the club on Sunday telling them I don’t have a compatible phone. I have this afternoon received a reply apologising for the way things have been handled and leaving everything until the last minute.
They have also said they will be sending me a plastic season ticket similar to what we used before.

If you dont have NFC on your phone, which I dont, you wont be able to download your season ticket. Email or call the Box Office they will offer an alternative season ticket.

Mine wasn't working either. Got to the stage of emailng the Box Office. Tried a total of 18 times to save it to G Pay.
For absolutely no reason at all on the nineteenth attempt it worked!

Just remember....
Have NFC on your settings enabled
Make sure you have downloaded and activated the G Pay app
Finally, make sure your web browser is set to Google Chrome. Just Google is no good. It MUST be Google Chrome.
Then, if you're like me and it still doesn't work, do what I did. Keep trying and you might just get lucky like I did.

Mine worked and I downloaded it into my wallet after I randomly checked this morning. Shortly afterwards I got an email from the Club telling me it should be there... Old, Ungifted and White

You don't need to download each and every ticket. It updates itself. to check when you are in your pass (apple) press the 3 dots top right and it shows you the details of the pass. In this case Brighton. Sure its simular on Gpay
