I’m not sure why this was even posted. Are we going to post every article that involves knives/ machetes etc or just those that don’t mention the thin city of the assailants?

Certainly not as right now there is zero evidence that anyone involved is 'foreign'. Simply playing a guessing game hoping you are right doesn't mean anything at all and in this example is a clear sign of xenophobia from all those who play that game.

If it doesn't interest you then why comment? Plenty of threads don't interest me, so I don't comment on them. Others have posted because they are interested in the news article, even if it does show the xenophobic side of some of them.

I would think they were so daring due to the lack of CCTV in such an area. Don't know Richmond Park but it is a very large space. Unless somewhere they were caught on camera getting ready or starting out, the location gives them a chance whereas in Croydon High St for example the place would be swarming with police in minutes.

They have caught them on cctv, but not in the Park. Images prove nothing and presumably moped is stolen

They are stupid enough to commit the same crime in the same location 3 times, then they'll do it again and get caught.

I'd imagine selling a £10k bike second had would be pretty tricky and easily to trace.

I don't have a £10k bike so fortunately I'm safe. All the sporty members of HoL with £10k bikes must be quaking in their boots.

I'd also wager the same members that are outraged, are also those that hate cyclists and wish bad things upon them.
