I always struggled to see what he was actually good at and why people rated him. Let’s face it, he was in the team when we were desperate. The brilliant Connor Gallagher and the excellent form of Jimmy Mac have shown what we’ve been missing in midfield

Roy destroyed the guy he didn't like the way he played so kept trying to get him to change which the player did Roy even sounded surprised when mentioning it (I wonder if he expected he player to just give up or not be able to do it) After this he looked like such a different player who was very slow and rigid He could play FB, CB and CM. After this he looked like such a different player who was very slow and rigid

He could play FB, CB and CM.

Jairo would fit in well you can't deny quality. Come the usual crop of injuries he will get a chance. Surprised he is not on the bench, particularly with PVs passing game, but he is so laid back he will take it in his stride.

60k a week I doubt he gives a flying one like you say.

Strange one really. From memory, he was at fault for two of the goals at Anfield and hasn’t been near the team since. I personally rate him highly and thinks he’s technically one of our best players and is deceptively quick for someone who looks perhaps a little overweight. I think it’s just a case that due to errors at Liverpool and good form of those who have played, he has found himself down the pecking order. He’ll get a chance at some point this season when we have injuries, but if he doesn’t take it I can see him being unhappy and leaving, which which would be a real shame as he is young and quality (in my opinion).

Jairo contract was extended in February until 2024. In October 2020 he was the W88 Palace player of the Month. After that his game seemed to fall away he gave the impression of a headless chicken trying to out run everyone as a result his pass completion fell off.
