RIP, was never the biggest fan of On the Buses but it had its moments. Seems a totally different era now. Hope she had a relatively painless death.

When On the Buses started Reg Varney was 53 which seems odd casting for a bloke living at home and constantly chasing clippies.

That is truly awful.

On the Buses was a show critics hated, but struck a chord because it was closer to working class family life than some liked to think, plus it had some classic TV characters.

It still makes me laugh.

RIP, a TV legend.
