Leicester away is no easy fixture. Getting beaten there by a single goal is no shame. Chelsea was a disappointing performance but I'd put that down to tactics and team selection over motivation. It was the biggest game of the season. Having to travel up to Newcastle a few days after the big disappointment against a team who have won their last 5 home games was always going to be tremendously difficult. Did anyone expect anything other than a defeat? As fans, I suspect most of us are now on the beach as there's nothing to play for anymore. Can't blame the players too much if their motivation has dropped a little. They've had a fantastic season, so would be a shame if we petered out. However, does anyone really care if we finish 10th or 15th?

Chelsea was a disappointing performance but I'd put that down to tactics and team selection over motivation. It was the biggest game of the season.

Having to travel up to Newcastle a few days after the big disappointment against a team who have won their last 5 home games was always going to be tremendously difficult. Did anyone expect anything other than a defeat?

As fans, I suspect most of us are now on the beach as there's nothing to play for anymore. Can't blame the players too much if their motivation has dropped a little. They've had a fantastic season, so would be a shame if we petered out. However, does anyone really care if we finish 10th or 15th?

Indeed not, however Leicester didn't play at all well. We obliged them by playing even less well, and then we continued the theme for the next two games.
