It seems to be that right side can’t be mentally ill but Muslims can.

Even when there is a dearth of previous Paperwork at any GP surgery or other Hospital computer systems ? its like the moment he chops the head off an infidel he gets a magic diagnosis ?

Could be a few reasons for this. All of them bad.
