Fan Panic or just nervousness?

For me personally, the worst element of this window is constantly reading about the best players leaving…and the way these BS stories are published, like it’s nailed on they are going. I don’t believe any of them! Zaha has been leaving every year according to the same BS reporters. But when I constantly read articles about losing Guehi, Andersen, Johnston, Olise, Eze and Doucoure…all while we knew Zaha was likely to leave. It’s not been an easy summer for a palace fan so far. I don’t think Palace would sell more than one star player a season. So if one does go, I think that will be the end of the speculation on the rest. Dougie has done a superb job of buying all of this talent…and he’s still here looking for more. So there’s reason to be optimistic.

I don’t think Palace would sell more than one star player a season. So if one does go, I think that will be the end of the speculation on the rest.

Dougie has done a superb job of buying all of this talent…and he’s still here looking for more. So there’s reason to be optimistic.

Panic? No need. Just accept this is the season we could arguably hit the relegation spot due to number of timely factors: Re-employment of Hodgson Final departure of club talisman Zaha Injury to Olise Lack of cover in key areas Lack of goals between forward line-up Lack of funds Potential loss of key players without likewise replacements No real forward momentum, treading water seems the modus operandi until it finally goes wrong. Our time is up. Maybe.
