I think Rak-Sakyi has to start. Presumably Mateta, Reidewald, Clyne, Tomkins. Hopefully Richards and Ahamada. Of the youngsters maybe Ozoh and perhaps Gordon. Henderson might be here by then but presumably won't start. If Mitchell and Ayew start, that would be poor as they can't play every game in the whole season. Andersen was in the wars so needs to be rested. Guehi could possibly start as we don't have O'Brien.
I'll guess at:

Johnstone
LB Clyne
CD Guehi
CD Tomkins
RB Richards
CM Reidewald
CM Ozoh
ACM Schlupp
LF Ahamada
CF Mateta
RIW Rak-Sakyi.

I'm sure that I read somewhere that Ozoh is injured

I suppose the first milestone is to see who is in the squad for todays U21 game against Fulham.

My main memory of Plymouth was Ian Wright taking them on single handedly back in the 80’s, he was unplayable that night, he got a hat trick in a 5-1 win

I wonder if Whitworth or Matthews will start if the GK merry-go-round rumours are true. My best guess would be...

Matthews

Clyne Richards Tomkins Jairo

Lerma

Rak-Sakyi Ahamada Schlupp

Mateta Gordon

It shows how thin the squad is when you try and work out who would be a second string.

I fully expect Matthew to be given a game in goal tomorrow. I think the rest of your team is about right. I think Roy will want to give the bench warmers a chance to show what they can do.

On a separate note, how strong a team Hodgson puts out may well depend on what Parish has said are the season's priorities with regard to the cup competitions.

Probably know the answer to that one. Especially as we have a very winnable league game next weekend. It’s a shame I like a good cup run. Although as for winning it no chance. Eleven years since someone other than City, United, Chelsea or Liverpool

Don’t we all, love him or hate him, one thing about Pardew, at least he was on the same wavelength as the fans where that was concerned

I think the U21 game KO has been changed, I must admit I thought it was going to be 11 am KO but the website now shows a 13.00 hours kick off.

I can tell you that Plymouth are well up for this, are playing well and are expected to field a strong side. I am though a lucky omen. I don’t get to many games, all of them away, and haven’t seen a defeat for quite a while.

Hope you got yourself a seat Wisbech. From one old Holmesdale road terracer to another, I can tell you 90 minutes standing is hard!!
Enjoy the match.
