To those happy with a point at home to Bournemouth what would they be happy with in the two subsequent games v Liverpool and Manchester City? Different levels of expectation. I wouldn't say I would be happy with a point against Bournemouth especially given the run of fixtures after that. But I think Wednesday will be a hard fought game. I don't expect anything from the Liverpool and City games so anything we get from them would be a bonus.

Typical that they’ve picked up a bit of form as we’re about to play them, but it’s a big game with the tough ones coming up so I fancy we’ll be up for a Roy special, we’ll grind out a 1-0 win with Olise scoring, and it’ll be another peach, as he only scores good goals

Without Eze I can't see us offering anything. I don't think we've played well all season and if Bournemouth turn up and give it their all I think we are going to lose. I'm really hoping that we'll see one of those freak performances where Roy pulls something unexpected out the bag, but I have a horrible feeling we might get turned over. 0-3 Bournemouth.

For me it will be very tight but with three days rest I can see another 1-1
Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |

Let’s get it straight, we should not be ‘grateful’ or ‘pleased’ with a point at home to Bournemouth. So we’re not allowed to say what we think will happen, just what would happen if we were a better team without all the injuries and with a different approach? Bookies must love you

It’s a forum so people are free to say what they like if it’s within the law. Low expectations seem to be the order of the day , but if we continue to aim low and still miss, I’m not sure people will be too happy. We’ve been unfortunate not to get Olise and Eze together on the field for any length of time, this season but all clubs can suffer injuries to key players. Originally posted by Davepalace707

Being Palace I half expect a loss or draw against Bournemouth and then two wins.

Every time we give points away to teams below us, then 18th place is coming up towards us and therefore only acceptable result is a CP win!
