~£13-15m. A true box to box CDM with the capability to both carry and pass forward. Much more forward thinking than Will,Luka, or Cheikhou. Not Olise fast, but with a quick first step.

There appears to have been several links with this player over the last few days. Can't say I know much about him but it's certainly an area we'll be needing investment in what with Gallagher's loan ending, Macca and Kouyate not getting any younger, plus Luka possibly departing. Always difficult to know how much substance in these articles - Have we actually been monitoring the player or is this some journo - PV is French - this player is from a French background - CG is going at the end of the season - this player is a box to box midfielder - etc

On BBC Sports gossip column today that we’re ‘closing in’ on transfer. Apologies for no link, should be easy enough to find. Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I think this guy is a mainstay in our first team if we get him. At Arsenal he's a squad player and/or up against stiff competition at the very least in the middle of the park. 1/2 seasons here, smash it, then on to a clear Champions League club. If Arsenal say he'll be guaranteed starts, sure. He goes there. If not, we're a far better bet. Our need to beef up the middle is a big opportunity If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

My feelings exactly come to Palace and be "The Man" coached by a world class midfielder. Unless Arsenal offer you that deal... as for the other clubs if you pick them over Palace we don't want you.

That is a thought process I approve of Badger. I would be massively surprised if he wanted to go to Everton and disgusted if he went to Newmoneycastle.
