I have struggled to find any record of Corbyn meeting Israeli government or even Jewish Israelis. If you can point me to any links I will give them a read. For someone who claims that his relationship with Hamas and Hezbollah are to promote peace, I find it unusual that meetings with the "other side " are so hard to find. Corbyn declined the opportunity to today visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum after being invited by Isaac Herzog. This invite was sent months ago so he could have adjusted his diary if necessary. I did come across this, Corbyn's invite to Hate Preacher Raed Salah for tea on the terrace. Particularly galling is the language Corbyn uses to describe him

Also more proof that Corbyn is incapable of being taken seriously on the world stage. There's always a "but" with Corbyn

Would it have been that difficult on the anniversary of 9/11 to mention just that? Like his comment on antisemitism he can't just comment on that. Adds a but so he doesn't upset his terrorist friends. No comment about Raed Salah or Corbyn refusing to go to the holocaust museum? Or the fact that it seems impossible to find anything to suggest Corbyn has acts as a mediator in the Middle East? I haven't even mentioned the IRA so when you ask me whether I call Corbyn a terrorist mouthpiece by adding 2 + 2 = 5, no, the answer is definitely 4. Edited by Y Ddraig Goch (11 Sep 2016 6.58pm)

But lefties are, in my experience, just as bad. Plus they claim they are morally superior, which makes them hypocrites to boot.

Its kind of odd, because in my experience the same occurs with the right wing. Except of course they periodically end up doing something that really can't be morally justified and shift the goal posts. I think its the fallacy of a moral truth that lies at the heart of this problem. Pragmatism tends to work better politically. Morality and politics tend to result in disaster, oppression, exclusion and cruelty.
