In all fairness there wasnt a media outlet that didn't cover the arcurio story. Who wouldn't? PM sex corruption. It was pure gold dust. Do you hark back to the age of deference? The anti tory bias allegation is obviously rubbish to anyone who isn't party loyal and who insist on the beeb being nothing more than an unedited outlet for conservative press releases.
