There is a potential improvement to homeland security if we leave. The sheer fact that we should be able to restrict who comes from the EU means that potentially we have greater control.....especially since within a set number of years a lot of the immigrants flooding the EU now will become legal to come and settle here. We won't know until Brexit becomes a reality but I think that while homeland security always has flaws I feel that leaving has potential advantages over remaining.
